Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We typically process all orders within 4-6 hours of receipt.

In some cases, high volumes of orders or delivery service problems may result in delays that are outside our control. 

We currently offer free shipping on all items over $99 within the contiguous USA (lower 48 states). While our primary shipping carrier is UPS, delivery services and carriers will be selected based on "best rate" at our discretion. 

At this time we are not offering shipping outside the USA. For arrangements for us to ship to forwarding services within our shipping service area, please contact us.
